For The First Time

Yah, i've already seen the movie entitled For The First Time, starred by the mega daughter, KC Concepcion. Really, i just wanted to watch the movie because i'd like to see Greece where several scenes of the movie were shot.

Went to Ayala first but they've changed screens already. We went to SM instead and glad that it's still showing on it's 4th week. I said we, meaning i was with 3 female pals (Ky, Jung and Pai) and 1 male pal who requested for his identity to remain unknown! LOL! Di sya nahan hibaw-an nitan-aw, haha! Oh, my comments about the movie? As usual, i'm never a movie critic. :P

caregiver

I watched the movie Caregiver starred by Sharon Cuneta last Wednesday. I was with as usual my girl friends who gets to enjoy watching Filipino movies sometimes. I thought i was gonna cry buckets of tears all throughout the duration of the movie but i didn't. I've seen the trailers often on TV and it seemed that everything was just it. I didn't get to see more heartwarming melodramatic scenes other than those shown already in the commercials. But of course, the characters in the movie were all good. Maybe, if i haven't watched the trailers that much, I would have appreciated the movie better. The thought of leaving your family to take care of other people is really painful when you think of it. This is the plight of most Filipinos. What's your take? Be with your family in uptight situation or away from them but financially stable?

i love 'LOST'

Is anyone of you out there familiar with the series LOST? It is starred by Matthew Fox among others. I have always liked Matthew since i saw him first time on Oprah. Since then, i have been looking for copies of the series. Finally got a hold of it last week. Viola! that's what keeping me awake 'till six in the morning hehe! I'm determined to finish at least the first 2 seasons within the holiday break. Can't watch it anytime when i get back to work come january. Hayyy i love Matt err Jack ;)

So last night was the opening of the much awaited movie by the Filipinos - One More Chance. Guess what!?? I was one of those who lined up for the movie tickets hehe! Yes, I filed for a leave last night just so i could watch 'Basya & Popoy' heheh! Mellany and Shellyn were all out crying! LOL! The movie was fun and at the same time quite sentimental. Lovers with exes can surely relate! My sympathy goes to Trisia played by Maja. Wanna know what i'm talking about, watch the movie! :)

After i'm hooked by the Koreanovela entitled Which Star Are You From starred by the fafable Kim Rae Won, i have been dying to watch his other series or movies. Somebody told me that I should watch his movie My Little Bride because the movie is nice and of course kilig. The movie came out earlier than the series. After quite some time of looking for the said movie, i finally got hold a copy from Charo. Sure enough, i was giggling the whole time i was watching the movie. :P

No, it's not about my love story for i don't have any! LOL! A Love Story is a local movie starred by Maricel Soriano, Angelica Panganiban and Aga Mulach. I've been dying to watch it since the day the movie aired its thriller. I'm not that a tagalog movie fan but i do watch sometimes. Me and the girls in the office were arguing which one is the other woman in the story. To answer our query, the 8 of us went out and watched the movie last night. My bet as to who the other woman is was right! Wanna know who? heheh! :P

Imagine how noisy the 8 of us could get when we occupied a single row in the movie house? :P

To Glorie, i'm sorry i failed to invite you to join us. Last night's idea was just a spur of the moment. Want me to tell you the story instead?!? Hehehe! :D

jason bourne: finally revealed

So Jason Bourne's real name is David Webb. Waahahhaha spoiler!! My apologies to those who haven't seen the movie yet! :P The movie was great but true enough (according to Aneshka), i get nauseated while watching it! Sige lihok ang screen/camera! (How do i say that in english eh?) Matt Damon is still fafable as usual but i'm a little disappointed, no scene where he shows off his lean body! Nyahahah!!!!

The excitement is getting bigger and bigger and bigger. 5 hours to go and off to the movie house! Bourne here i come! LOL! I'm gonna have a foursome date with Splat, Charo and Ainsley later.

I can't wait for tomorrow! I'm gonna watch the bourne ultimatum. For a moment i thought of ditching Mr. Matt Damon. He has been one of my idols. But then I bought the OK magazine last week only to read and find out that he's already married with a kid! Waahhhhhh!!!! Well, i'll still watch the movie though. My friend from Virginia told me it's an exciting movie from start to end. I'm gonna see it for myself...

I watched the movie Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix last night. I won't utter any of my opinion regarding the movie since i'm really not following the sequels by heart. Heheh. I'll leave that part to all the HP avid fans out there. However, i have one thing to blurt. I don't like Harry now that he's big! I like him better when he was still a kid. :)

Since I watched the movie 2 Fast 2 Furious, I had then become a certified Paul Walker fan. Very timely because the movie 2 Fast was featured in Universal Studios when I got there. Unfortunately, it was only Tyrese whom I saw. Well, not that bad either. (ako gihikap ang muscles ni tyrese, solid kaau, tsansing kaau ko! hehe)

I knew Walker starred in the movie Timeline but i just didn't have the zeal to watch it when shown in the cinemas. I don't watch movies alone by the way so I don't get to watch any movie if nobody would go and watch with me. I finally had a glimpse of Timeline when my friend Splat let me borrow his dvd copy. I thought the movie was boring and i didn't like Paul's hairdo in this movie! yay! If not for Splat reminding me that he'd already get the dvd from me, I would not have remembered that I have to watch it. Geezzzz! I found a new love in the person of Gerard Butler! LOL! ;) I swear, I wasn't watching Walker in the movie but i had my eyes glued to Butler! (nawani sa paul walker! hehe!) I've only heard of Butler's name before but never get to watch any of his movies. (maau na lang nakita ko timeline, nahimamat nako si butler! hehe! salamat kang splat!) I even thought he should be the main star of Timeline not Walker huh! Anyways, the movie was good, well at least for me. I always love movies with lords, kings, wars and all that. :)

This is a long over due post...

Last August 12 - i received the dvd copy of the Koreanovelas i so long to have. A big thanks to my dearest friend Aneshka she finally sent it out to me. (Guapaha jud nimo Clara oi! :P, utangan pa raba ko nimo! hehe :D)

I'm sooo happy, insanely happy (?) because I can finally watch them all the time and anytime I want! :)

I came in to the office earlier than usual. I would not want to miss the package should the carrier needed my signature. I was fervently praying then that all the cds will play in my player. The last My Girl copy i had wont. My heart sunk when I realized that the dub's in Chinese! Sure, I don't understand either language but I'm sorry, I'd prefer Korean dialogue over Chinese. They seem to sound a little like our dialect. Good thing, dubbing can be changed to Korean. I was relieved! :P I haven't finished Princess Lulu and A Love To Kill yet. Waahhh! I can't tolerate the subtitles, so far far from the actual scenes, so confusing. I would just end up with a headache after watching an episode...

I'm looking forward to grab a copy of Save The Last Dance, Green Rose and Forbidden Love. :)
