Starting Friday of last week, traffic is exasperating anywhere from Capitol to Fuente to Mango Avenue to Colon down to Sto. Nino Church. Festivity is in the air despite the gloomy weather these days. Hopefully the weather will cooperate come Sunday so that visitors and locals alike will enjoy the Sinulog full blast.
