annoying hyperacidity

I hate it when hyperacidity takes its toll on me. I cannot think well therefore i cannot do well. Hence i can't get my job done right! I have to update my evaluation form today but all i do is stare at my monitor. How lousy could that be? I already have the list of things to include in the document but i just don't have the zeal to do it. I'd have to submit it tomorrow but i don't know. My lead engineer need not to remind again but anyways i'm the last in her appointment-discussion tomorrow. If you go the clinic, you'll see my name listed a number of times already in the logbook. :P
