To tops or not to tops. I'm not talking about an apparel here. I'm talking about the tops, you know the mountain in Lahug where you can view the city? I've lived my whole life in Cebu but i have never been to this place. Shame eh? Right at this very moment, people are still contemplating whether to go or not to go. Some people couldn't join because of deadlines while others are more than eager to get out of the office pronto. I sure belong to the latter. Heheh! I hope it won't rain.
