I've been living my whole life in Cebu but i've never been to Tops in Lahug. Shame on me! Last night, i finally made it to Tops! hehe! I will show you some photos next time. I was with the gurls and A.P. (guest expat). Bleeh M.P., you were not with us! :( :P
